Where'd you find the pics?
Re: Funny Links (2 weeks ago)
I personally did a massive double take and literally screamed when i saw that.
But yes, it's a joke.

Nova Prime - the problem with you having no choice in what the government can record about what you do, is that it is the start of a very very slippery slope, and hard to say "oh no you can't do that it's an invasion of privacy" about some new law in the future, because you let it happen now.

Obviously the game assumes you'll never get a line and thusly doesnt have a delete function.
Would be bloody hard to implement i imagine.

It's the same characters, same style, it's amazing.
So much more in depth than the movies.

Yeah, any watch repair or key cutter should do the trick, and if not then they should be able to point you in the right direction.
They won't be laser engraved, but it looks exactly the same, dunno why people bother with laser... (except on clear perspex)

How much would that cost shock? Dangerous?
And yeah, kinda dangerous since methanol sends you blind. Gotta be careful.

Ah as if you're using a kit still, myself and a mate are currently in the planning process of making a still from copper piping, the right size to just put it on the stove.

Fun with my new lens

Not exactly an exciting shot, but it shows off how well this lens works in low light. If I was using one of my kit lenses in a similar situation the shot would either be a blurry mess or too dark to see anything.

How to pretend to be creative. Point camera at lights, set the focus ring to minimum. Yay circles!

It was hard to get these shots in focus, but they turned out alright. I'd like to get more practice taking fire photos.

Let's just say it rhymes with "blad blex blor the blirst blime". It was awkward, nerve racking and in the end, fairly disappointing. I give it 3/5 stars.
Gets better with practice.

I love to drink too. For the average adult male, its roughly 1 standard drink per hour gets processed by your liver, and NOTHING will speed this up.
coffee may make you feel a little more awake, water helps prevent hangover, but its still in your system.
That said, if you're driving, dont even think about drinking at all the whole night. And as a P plater, you're already pulling attention to yourself just by being one.

Re: PixieGirl's Unofficial Steam Competition #1 (3 months ago)
OH ****. Well, i missed the date for entries.
That said, my scores ARE in that table there (but i already have psychonauts so shrug)
I think a competition where it was a sort of one-day event would be good. (no idea how this would work though, except in quake live or some such)
And i don't think prizes are really necessary, i think a number of people didn't enter because they didn't want to take the prize from someone else or whatever.
